BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, OR BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR ANY PRODUCT, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE, HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

All peptides, compounds, and related products sold by the Company are supplied strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. The following restrictions apply absolutely and without exception:

• Products are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use.
• Products are NOT intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
• Products are NOT for human consumption, injection, topical application, or any in vivo use.
• Products must be handled only by qualified researchers in appropriate laboratory settings.
• Products may not be resold for human consumption or represented as suitable for human use.
• Purchasers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, storage, and use of research chemicals.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site or any products; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Purchase products for human consumption or any in vivo application.
• Resell products for human use or misrepresent their intended purpose.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.
• Use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
